Color is a powerful visual tool. Used consistently and across all media, a defined color palette works to make a company memorable and recognizable.

Primary colors

The cornerstone of our corporate color palette is what we call PSEG Orange, a bold and modern shade of orange that elicits strong feelings of energy and motivation.

Secondary colors

The secondary colors of Platinum Gray, Medium Steel Gray, and Dark Steel Gray are cooler and sleeker, to best complement the PSEG Orange and create a modern look. Dark Steel Gray replaces Black completely. (So orange and black will never meet. Even on Halloween.)

Proportions and ratios

PSEG Orange is best used as a focal color in small doses. Because of its intensity and brightness, it can become overwhelming, especially on screen. Save it for logos, keywords, and calls to action. Do not use it in full color blocks. Your pupils will thank you.
